Objective: Less and less time is spent outdoors as our days are often consumed by work or media. I intend on designing a porch chair that facilitates getting fresh air while being able to talk, read or relax. Breathability, classic, and functional design are therefore important.
Process
K22, elevated porch seating
A blend of soft maple and smooth cane webbing for breathability and comfort. Its cantilevered back and angled design offer the perfect lounging posture, while high-arching armrests invite relaxed reading.
